Jewelry Care
Your ZIVA VIVA piece is made to last. A little care goes a long way in keeping it looking its best.
Keep your necklace in the provided gift box or a soft pouch when not wearing it. Store away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Put your necklace on last when getting ready. Remove before exercising, swimming, or showering to protect the finish.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish after each wear. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Every piece is 18K gold-plated and tarnish-resistant, made to hold up to daily life. Wear it day after day — no special handling required.
Waterproof and sweatproof, so you can shower, swim, work out, or wash your hands without a second thought.
An occasional wipe with a soft cloth brings back the shine. Easy upkeep — no special polishes or products needed.
