Ordering & Customization

Simply visit the customize page for your chosen style — Signature Pendant or Shimmer Charm. Browse the available charms, click to add them to your necklace, and arrange them however you like. Once you're happy with your design, add it to your cart.

Yes! You can add multiples of the same letter, number, or heart charm. There's no limit to how many times you can use a single charm in your design.

The Signature Pendant Necklace holds up to 7 charms, and the Shimmer Charm Necklace holds up to 14 charms. You'll see a live counter as you build your design.

Because every piece is made to order, we begin crafting immediately after your order is placed. Please contact us at hello@zivaviva.com within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for crafting, followed by your chosen shipping time.

Yes — standard shipping is free on all US orders over $35.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
